Givvem (“Givvem,” “we,” or “us”) understands how important your privacy is and that you care how information about you is used and shared. Our Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by Givvem when you use the Givvem mobile application and services, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Givvem may collect information when a visitor (1) enters a sweepstakes and/or contest administered and/or sponsored by Givvem, or (2) subscribes to our newsletter, (3) submits a sweepstakes and/or giveaway entry, (4) leaves a comment on our posts. Givvem mobile application, websites, and other Givvem related platforms use third party services and vendors such as Google Analytics (to help understand how our site is used by visitors), Google AdSense (to help us understand and measure any financial impact), PayPal (to accept payment transactions), Plaid (to accept payment transactions), and other payment gateways to help with facilitating or accepting payment transactions. Givvem mobile application and website may be integrated with social media networks and other platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.) whereby personal information may be shared between us and those platforms. For instance, if you interact with our website through a social media feature such as a plug-in, then you may be granting us on-going access to certain information from that social media account. If you do not want a social media platform to collect or share personal information about you, please review the privacy policy and privacy settings of the applicable social media property before using such features on our website.

We use personal information to customize the mobile application and website, contact winners of our sweepstakes and giveaways, and/or send out our newsletters and other correspondence. We may also use personal information to contact our visitors in response to specific inquiries, to provide requested information, or to provide our visitors with information regarding our site, which we feel may be important enough to justify us contacting users directly.

 

How We Share Your Information

Givvem does not and will not sell or share personal information about our visitors with third parties unless explicitly authorized by the visitor to do so. For example, a visitor’s contact information may be shared with sponsors of our Sweepstakes and/or Contests in order to contact the winner and arrange prize fulfillment. How You Can Control Your Information

Visitors may “Opt-Out” of receiving information from or being contacted by us by unsubscribing to emails as instructed or by contacting us using our contact form. Visitors may also contact us should they want to delete any comments they posted on our site, social media pages, or other platforms.

 

Child Guidelines

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13 years of age, and no part of our website, mobile application, or other platforms are structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. Do note that you still have to be 18 years of age to use the Givvem mobile application or use Givvem in any format or on any platform.
